Caleb Olumide - ACCA, ACA
Caleb is the Managing Partner of the firm; an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) with over 8 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting, Audit, Taxation, Financial and Management Consulting.
He has two honours degree in Biotechnology and Accounting from the University of Free State South Africa. He has been a lecturer of Financial Reporting, Financial Management and Audit at Team Professional Limited an ICAN Training Centre.
He commenced his work career with PEDABO Professional Services, Lagos where he gained extensive experience in internal audit, internal control set-up, IFRS conversion; training & implementation, business process review & restructuring, due diligence, Forensic audit, audit & assurance engagement, executive selection and training responsibilities for clients in Oil and Gas, Construction, Manufacturing and Service industries.
He was at a time, an outsourced CFO to several private entities where he was responsible for coordinating the financial affairs of the entities. His exposure, capacity, hands-on experience and dedication to professional excellence has made him a veritable and veteran resource in accounting, audit and assurance discourses.
Over the years, Caleb has been involved in conducting in-depth market analyses, strategy development as well as financial analysis and packaging with a view to preparing business plans for various projects in Nigeria. He has facilitated various training courses on management development and financial management.
Mayowa Oyebanjo - ACA, B.Sc
Mayowa is the Managing Consultant of the firm, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, with over 8 years of professional experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting, Audit, Business controlling and Risk Management, Corporate Finance, and Management Consulting.
He is a Graduate of PwC IFRS Academy with several international training on IFRS and Group Accounting and Reporting, Big Data Analytics and Business Controlling and risk management. He has a very vast knowledge of several ERP solutions in both local and multinational business environments. He holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and Diploma in Economics from Lagos State University, winning several academic prizes and awards.
He started his professional career with an Accounting and Consulting Firms – Ojike, Okechukwu and Co. (Chartered Accountants) and PEDABO Professional Services, providing assurance services, accounting and advisory services, and internal control and risk management for a host of clients in manufacturing, telecom, logistics, retail, education and hospitality industries.
He is an expert in E-Commerce and Retail Business Financing and Management mostly in a highly technology-driven business environment. Given his years of experiences with Jumia Nigeria and Konga Online Shopping Ltd, and numerous foreign training, he is very knowledgeable in E-Payment management and Electronic Payments system risk controlling. He was senior management personnel at APM Terminals – AP Moller Maersk, World #1 international Logistics and Ports Management company before he progressed his career.
Mayowa co-founded Finsolve in 2017 and has responsibility for advisory services. He has been in the forefront as a thought leader and prominent speaker on key accounting and tax issues including IFRS Adoption and Transfer Pricing, corporate reporting, and consumer behaviour and market analysis.
